![]() ![]() A nonresident is defined as a person who is a resident of another state or who has not lived in Oklahoma for more than 60 days. Nonresidents are those who own land but live outside of Oklahoma. Children under the age of 18 are presumed to have residency if their custodial parent is present. It is only available through the Department’s headquarters, and it is valid for five years. Those over the age of 65 can apply for a Senior Citizen License. Non-citizens who want to hunt and fish on the Cherokee Nation Reservation must obtain a hunting and fishing license from the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation.Ī valid fishing license can be obtained by only fishing in the Oklahoma portion of the lake otherwise, it is not required.
